The countdown is on for the 37th running of the Rocky Mountain Powersports Expo in Denver, Colorado. As always, it will serve as the unofficial kickoff to snowmobiling pre-season in the mountain states, which are coming off a great winter and have high hopes for more this coming season.
The event will be October 6-7, 2023, at the National Western Complex in Denver, Colorado. Discount tickets are available up until the show’s opening at COSnowmobileExpo.com or rockymountainpowersportsexpo.com.
Snowmobile Displays And More
The annual Expo gathers together powersports enthusiasts of all types, but particularly snowmobilers and snowbikers. There will be major manufacturer displays where folks can get out the new equipment; large dealer displays offering great deals and unbeatable selection on riding gear and accessories; and many other displayers, offering everything from performance parts and trailers to details on new riding destinations. It’s also a place to get together with your riding posse!
The Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Expo also annually hosts an impressive list of seminars that are hosted by high-profile ambassadors in the sport and others with interesting knowledge to share.
Speakers at the seminars, which are organized and hosted by the Colorado Snowmobile Association, include Cameron Chimenti, Bret Rasmussen, Jen MacPherson and Lisa Granden on Friday. Saturday’s lineup includes Brian Lundstedt, Chris Burandt, Toby Till, Erik Woog, Mike Langhenry, Matt Entz, Travis Tucker and the 10th Special Forces Group’s Winter Warfare Detatchment. From riding tips to avalanche preparedness, performance parts to technology information and more, there’s a lot of ground that will be covered.
The show kicks off with a rockus Friday. Opening night is always a thrill, as enthused riders fill the National Western Complex building. Saturday, meanwhile, includes the outdoor used equipment swap meet, hosted by Wildcat Mountain Motorsports on behalf of the Colorado Snowmobile Association.
