Letters to the Editor
We encourage e-mail and snail mail response to the general editorial content of Snow Goer, and we read all of it. Our ability to respond personally is limited, of course, but we will try!
As always, there are rules: Anonymous e-mail is deleted unread, and e-mail from services which allow anonymous accounts (such as Hotmail) must include the writer’s full name and a contact address to be taken seriously. Select “Letters to the Editor” from the drop-down menu below.

Press Release Submissions
We are happy to receive press releases by e-mail or snail mail. Please include a high-quality digital image file on a CD or as an e-mail attachment. Please e-mail press releases and images here. Image requirements: .tif or .jpg, 266 dpi or higher and at least 3.5 x 5 inches.
Subscription/Customer Service Information
The easiest way to subscribe is by visiting the Snow Goer Subscribe Page here on our website or by calling us at 1-800-710-5249. All subscription correspondence, renewal notices and invoices come from our customer service center in Harlan, Iowa. To renew your subscription, change your address, pay your invoice, report missing issue, etc., please visit our Customer Service Page. Just log in to your account using your mailing address, email, or account number (which you’ll find on your magazine address label), and you’ll be able to take care of any customer service need. If you prefer, please send an email to our Customer Service team directly. Select “Customer Service” from the drop-down menu below.
Unauthorized Subscription Offers
The company that manages our subscriptions is located in Harlan, Iowa. You will see this address under our logo on any subscription-related mail that you receive from us. If you receive mail asking you to renew your subscription from any other location, it is not from us. We NEVER retain or print banking information on notices going to our subscribers.
In addition to regular mail, we contact some subscribers via email with special renewal offers. You will know these offers are from us because the magazine logo appears in the email. These e-mail offers are legitimate, offer our best renewal rates and cut down on the amount of mail we send out.
Please read subscription offers carefully. When we contact you to renew your subscription by mail, our letters come from and are returned to our customer service center in Harlan, IA. The only time, if ever, we call our subscribers is after their subscription has expired.
