The GTX moniker translates to “luxury touring” in Ski-Doo speak. All of the models are in the REV chassis and are heavily equipped for long-distance travel.
Top-of-the-line Limited machines include an upgraded shock package that automatically adjusts the machine’s ride height.
The standard 2+1 seat allows the machine to carry up to three people. Lockable, semi-rigid saddlebags offer a secure place to stow extra gear. Buyers can choose the 800 H.O. PowerTEK or 600 H.O. SDI engine.
Suspension performance of the GTX Sport has been upgraded thanks to a new shock package. The sled is available with either the 600 H.O. SDI or 500 SS powerplant. The Fan package is basic and includes the 550 fan-cooled engine.
Ski-Doo’s Legend Touring series uses its simple RF chassis and low-maintenance, fuel-injected, 4-TEC V-800 four-stroke engine. Its smooth power is ideal for casual snowmobilers. The machine sports plastic skis, electric start, reverse and mirrors. The Touring package adds a 2-Up seat with passenger handles, cargo rack and upgraded rear shock.
