The 30th annual Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Expo opened today in Denver, Colorado, with more than 70 exhibitors showcasing their products to a large and enthusiastic crowd.
As opposed to many other places in the Mountain West last winter, Colorado had plenty of snow and a generally good season, even though it started a bit late. That is reflected at the show, where customers are exhibiting a lot of energy and buying a lot of gear. There are also educational seminars, a huge swap meet, a live bike build, sled giveaways, a silent auction, autograph sessions with famous backcountry riders and much, much more. The expo is produced by Snow Goer magazine and held in cooperation with the Colorado Snowmobile Association.
The show runs through Sunday afternoon at the National Western Complex in Denver. Go to www.cosnowmobileexpo.com for details.
