Aramark Buys Popular Snowmobile Destination

May 30, 2008
A company widely known for uniform and food services is now the owner of a popular Western snowmobile destination. Aramark announced yesterday its purchase of Togwotee Mountain Lodge near Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Aramark’s facilities management services are used at universities, health care institutions and stadiums around the world. A division of the company — Aramark Parks and Destinations — will manage the lodge.
Togwotee is in the mountains of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. Togwotee Pass receives 600 inches of snow every year and offers backcountry riding that ranges from sweeping, powder-filled meadows to extreme off-trail adventures. The area has 600 miles of groomed trails, too.
