This is the value version of the Expedition series of Ski-Doo touring/utility snowmobiles. The 550 Fan engine is rated at about 60 hp, which is adequate power for light-duty work and casual trail riding — solo or 2-up. The e-Drive drive clutch is a new feature for this model for 2014, and its designed to deliver smooth performance and long service life. Pilot DS 2 skis are a new feature for the 2014 Ski-Doo Expedition Sport 550 Fan.
