Bought two new sleds in nov. 2015. 2016 and 2015 2015 800 had nothing but trouble with. Instrumentation dosnt
work and tail light! Brought sled back to dealer twice, they have it now, found a bad voltage reg. This sled has never been ridden! Called customer care(joke) they told me there doing what there OBLIGATED to do. How nice, fix a brand new sled thats never been RIDDEN!(Kent).I put 250miles on my truck, $70 dollarsin gas, countless times on the phone and about 6 hrs of my time trying to get my ARTIC CAT sled to run! NO one ever said SORRY Mr. Decker for your trouble! ARTIC CAT dosnt stand behind there product and definetly not behind the customer!I have lost all confidence and trust in cat. No problem with dealer(outdoor motorsports) they love it. Sold a new sled and get to work on it and get paid. while the customer spends money and time trying to rectify the problem. If not fully satisfied I will do everything in my power to convince people not to buy CAT!!! This experience has been horrible!!!! Hope I get better results here than from CUSTOMER CARE, what a JOKE!
