Arctic Cat has five models in the touring category, enough to fit any budget.
Cat’s top-two touring models use the turbo version of the Suzuki 660 four-stroke triple that generates a claimed 110 hp. The engine fits the category well with its quiet, smooth performance.
If there is any machine loaded with all the bells and whistles for 2007, it’s the Turbo Touring LE. It comes standard with Cat’s on-board communication system, heated seats for both driver and passenger and remote electric start.
The Turbo Touring downgrades the options list a bit, and comes built on the same ZR chassis and is powered by the same engine. Suspensions are also identical; the standard model just comes without the electronic hardware and different color options.
The three Panther touring models are price-point machines suitable for the budget-conscious or rental operators. The four-stroke option comes with the non-turbo version of the 660. The Panther 570 Touring was upgraded for 2007 with the 570 Gen II engine. Cat claims the changes make the engine more responsive as well as cleaner burning. A 370 version is available, too.
The Panther models, in celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the moniker, have a retro paint and graphics scheme reminiscent of the 1967 Panther, complete with a leopard print seat.

C Tech 4 Turbo:
While no longer Cat’s top-performance four-stroke thanks to the Jaguar’s engine, the Suzuki C Tech 4 Turbo delivers smooth power and a big hit from the turbo fastened to the 660cc triple.
