Renewed Big East Show To Kick Off Fall Snow Show Season

With the infamous Haydays Grass Drags and Swap Meet now in the rear view mirror, the attention of the snowmobile world now turns to indoor fall snowmobile show season – where sledding enthusiasts will gather to look at 2020 snowmobiles, get great deals on riding gear, gather information new riding destinations, consider performance parts, seek expert advice, shop for a trailer, check out exotic and vintage snowmobiles and hang out with fellow sledheads to get amped up for the new season!

Big East Powersports Show

The biggest news in the fall snow show world this year is the new location for the 26th annual Big East Powersports Show in Syracuse. The event – owned and operated by Snow Goer’s parent company, EPG Media & Specialty Information – has been held at the Oncenter in downtown Syracuse, New York, for the past 24 years, but this year it moves to the New York State Fairgrounds’ Center of Progress building.

The new site is a mere 5 miles east of the show’s previous location, but it’s out of the downtown area – making it easier to reach off the freeway, with free onsite parking. Also, because of size of the new facility, all exhibits will now be on one level. Show dates this year are Sept. 27-29. As per usual, there will be the big snowmobile manufacturer displays, great deals on gear and accessories at dealer and vendor booths, vendor displays and more. Plus, there is an interesting group of new exhibitors signed up to display this year. Go to BigEastPowersportsShow.com for more details and online discount tickets.

Otherwise, the order and timing of the major fall snowmobile shows is about the same. You can find members of the Team Snow Goer at our booth at our company’s two shows – Big East and the Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Expo in Denver (Oct. 12-14; cosnowmobileexpo.com) – as well as the Snowmobile USA Shows in Wisconsin and Michigan. If you come to any one of those four shows, make sure to stop by our booth – we love talking to fellow riders. The Rocky Mountain show will have some exciting new seminars this year — make sure to go to CoSnowmobileExpo.com for details and discount tickets.
