Zollinger Bros. Racing is confident that aggressive and easy-going riders will realize better performance, durability and quality from its new line of ArsFX shocks.
ArsFX, which stems from the latin root word for “art in motion,” feature aluminum components; a chromoly body; a CNC-machined damping piston; high-grade seals and a durable, bronze ice scraper. The big, 5/8-inch diameter shaft is more durable and displaces more oil for better damping ability.
All shocks are custom built and tuned to suit the machine, rider weight and riding style. Ski shocks include triple-rate, silicon-steel springs; front track-shocks include a dual-rate spring setup.
Non-adjustable, piggyback ski shocks retail for $750/set. A pair of remote adjustable piggyback models is $995. Front track-shock dampers are $400 and include a remote reservoir; rear-rear shocks are compression adjustable and sell for $495.
ArsFX shocks are readily available for Ski-Doo REV-based sleds, Polaris IQ chassis machines, Arctic Cat M-Series and 2003-06 Firecat models. Custom dampers to fit other models are available on special order.
