The Season’s First Demo Rides

A Duluth, Minnesota, dealer is putting together an event that will be the season’s first demo ride on snow.
The YamaFest Demo Rides are being hosted by RJ Sport & Cycle and Yamaha on the famed Spirit Mountain track on Monday, November 27.
After the season-opening WPSA national snocross races over the weekend, crews will go to work taking out the big nasty bumps but leaving plenty of white stuff in place for the demo rides.
RJ Sport & Cycle, plus local Yamaha reps, will be bringing out the new sleds, including various versions of the Phazer, Nytro, Apex, Attak and Venture. Track time is from noon to 8.
The demo rides are free, but there are some rules:
* Drivers must be 21 or old to try out Apex or Attak models.
* Drivers of all other models must be at least 16 years old with a valid drivers license. Drivers under 18 must also get a parents signature.
* Riders must have at least 2 years of snowmobiling experience.
* Helmets are manditory.
* No alcohol is allowed.
