With air temperatures regularly dropping below freezing overnight in northern Minnesota, Planet X in Aurora, Minnesota, is “getting extremely close” to firing up its snow guns. “We have added … to our snow-making fleet to help produce a test track in the small window … before the first snocross race at Spirit Mountain,” said track owner Steve Scheuring.
Groomers are to ready to go, Scheuring said, and parking areas have been improved.
