Big East Powersports Show To Feature Educational Seminars

Just like raking leaves and putting away the boat is a rite of passage into fall, the Big East Powersports Show is an autumn ritual for snowmobilers in the eastern United States and Canada. The show, held at the Oncenter in Syracuse, New York, will again feature displays from all four snowmobile manufacturers, along with the latest snowmobile apparel, trailers, travel destination representatives, aftermarket accessories and more.

Also returning to the Big East Powersports Show are the Snow Goer Clinics consumer education seminars where attendees will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts about a variety of topics related to snowmobile performance and more.

The list of presenters this year includes Ron Pattyn, owner of stud and carbide company Stud Boy, who will talk about how to assemble the right traction set-up; Ross Benson, owner of Hygear Suspension, will provide suspension tuning and set-up tips; and Rich Daly, owner of Dyno Port Inc., will cover speed and performance tips. Long-distance rider Steve Brand, whose company makes Tekvest body protection equipment, will discuss how to plan and prepare for multi-day snowmobile adventures.

The free seminars will be held Saturday, October 1. Check bigeastpowersportsshow.com for more information.
